If for any reason you’re not fully in love with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns, refunds, or exchanges in line with our global customer care standards.

🕒 Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Tags, accessories, and protective packaging are intact.

  • You can provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Items that have been customized, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been completed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Earrings or jewelry worn on the body

  • Intimates or undergarments

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
